Derek transported my angoras. I had to wait for a run but it was worth the wait. They had to travel for 12 hours so it was important to have someone not only with experience, but someone with compassion who will always put animal welfare before profit. That's why I use and recommend Derek

Derek is the only courier I allow to courier my bunnies and is the only courier I accept. He is really friendly and can tell the bunnies always come first. I would recommend to everybody and unlike most couriers he is actually DEFRA licensed. Fab prices - Fab service!!!

Brilliant service, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I have used Derek many times both to courier my own animals to customers in this country plus collect from overseas for me. I wouldn't use anyone else and wouldn't allow another courier to collect my animals for anyone else.

I personally won’t use anyone else. Derek has been here a number of times collecting and delivering rabbits. He is a true gentleman. Very knowledgeable, kind, polite. His timekeeping is great, along with brilliant communication from first contact. If Derek can help he will. Plus he is Defra registered.
